Orders take approximately 24-48 hrs to be prepared before shipping. Once your order has shipped you will get an email notification. This email will include a tracking number so you can follow your order on its way.
All custom skateboards / decks are final sale items and are not eligible for refund or exchange. This is regardless of packaging. Your name will be one them, as such; customs can’t be resold for personalization reasons.
Apparel & Accessories
All other products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 day of delivery.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You’ve got 30 to try out your new gear. If the fit still isn't right, message us to get a personal fit consultation and we'll get you in the right size.
The following are not eligible for return or exchange.
Accessories (regardless of packaging being sealed/unsealed)
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
Original shipping fees and promotional discounts
Items purchased from a third-party seller
Products purchased during a site-wide sale are eligible for exchange only. Items must be exchanged within the required time frame.
Items discounted using a discount code through the ‘spin-the-wheel’ or as seen on Instagram/Facebook are eligible for return or exchange.

Please do not return any damaged goods unless it is requested by a Customer Empowerment Representative, it may result in a slower resolution time as we don't always require the item back, and sometimes require additional photos to understand the damage/defect.
